By accessing or using Inqry ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Inqry provides a contextual Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) platform that allows users to upload documents and chat with them using AI. We provide this service on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or malicious content.
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any high-risk activities where failure could lead to physical harm.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents and data you upload to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Inqry a license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service infrastructure, code, and design are owned by Inqry and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inqry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past twelve months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
